About the Class
The Washington State Housing and Finance Commission Sponsored Home Buyer's Education Course is your first step toward home ownership. Before you dive into your real estate purchase, it is important that you get a grasp on the home-buying process and the variety of loan programs available to you. Learning the basics will aid you throughout your home purchase and help keep you and your family out of trouble.
Attending one of these FREE, interactive courses will give you the necessary knowledge and materials to make an informed home-buying decision. Each course is taught by an industry professional whose goal is to educate and assist you during these first steps.

HOW LONG IS THE CLASS?
Each one of our home buyer's classes is safe environment for for all attendees. Our instructors pledge not to solicit their services to you.
